You go to a site offering free fonts, pick a favorite, and download it to your computer.
Since most fonts come in .zip-format, you’ll have to extract the font files out of it. There’s a buildt-in function in XP to handle compreesed files. Just double-click the file and choose Extract.
When that operation is done, you simply copy the font to
C:\Windows\Fonts.
Next time you use Word, the font is available.
